Great service, great people

I have used ECP for years for all of my automobile maintenance. They do a great job and in timely manner.

I recently moved to the Falls and needed new brakes. E.C.P came highly recommended to me by several people. I was able to get an estimate and my car serviced right away. The estimate was a significant savings over the dealer quote. Nate provided me with a loaner vehicle for the day so I did not have to miss work. I was notified when my vehicle was finished. I will not hesitate in the future using E.C.P to service my car!

The service I received was quick, and the customer service was solid. The guy spoke to me in plain terms and showed me the problem with my car.

Excellent Service! Nate went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed quickly. With my car not having a warranty anymore this is where I'll be taking it from now on.

I took my truck in to have the serpentine belt replaced I was quoted a price if $360.00 I asked how much the belt cost and was told $56 I told them to fix it this is all By texts afterwards I thought it seemed awful high so I called the dealer and asked how much it would cost there, they told me the belt was $49 and it would be about 45 minutes labor so an additional $90 for labor. ECP has already started the job so there wasn’t much I could do. When I went to pick up the truck I asked why it was so much and was told they had to replace several other things while they were at it. I said I would like my old parts back and was told they had been scrapped when I informed the business owner that it is a law to give back the used parts if I wanted them I was told that if I wanted to wait they would dig them out but it would be quite a while before they got to it, I said I had all day they said it would be all day and maybe longer. This is not my first bad experience with this shop, last year I took my truck in with a exhaust leak, when it went in the shop it had dual exhaust (flow master) exhaust when I picked it up it had a cheap single exhaust on it no one bothered to ask if I wanted a single exhaust they just took it upon themselves to do it. I guess they know better than I what I want. I give them a minus 18 star rating.

Service was excellent, price was reasonable.
