I have been taking my vehicles to E.C.P for years and couldn't be happier with the service they provide. Having a car that needs repaired is never a pleasant thing to have happen but Nate and his shop somehow find a way to make the experience much better due to their incredible customer service. I just picked my vehicle up last night and felt compelled to write a review on the service I received. My experience went something like this: My dash light alarm on my SUV was flashing "Low Oil Pressure Stop Engine". I researched a little bit online as I always do when things go wrong, and as long as my engine wasn't making loud noises, I probably could drive it to an auto repair shop without damaging the vehicle further. I took the car into Nate at ECP, as I had been for the past 5 years. He was able to fit my car in immediately. Over the course of the day, I started getting a new text message from ECP with an explanation of what was happening to my car. So, I am literally sitting in my office at work and I received a text with an update! Personally, I really liked that, and apparently that is a new software they are utilizing in the shop that I believe is cutting edge, and not only that...it keeps the customer in the loop with what is going on. It didn't end there, the first text stated that my car I was next in line for service. I received another text a couple hours later with an attached link with a full diagnosis of the issue, uploaded pictures of the part that needs replaced or fixed, other detected issues with their suggestions moving forward, and even pictures and % left on my brake pads! Personally, I have never experienced an auto repair shop that kept me so updated throughout the whole process and I would encourage anyone in the Falls to take your cars to Nate and his crew at ECP before anyone else. My dad introduced the shop to me, told me they don't BS, or hose customers...fairly priced, so I began using them. They are definitely much more than that...TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE...I really can't say enough! Lifetime customer guys...Thanks!!
